Azuma Ryori brings to the table a plethora of fresh chirashi rice bowls, namely Bara Chirashi ばらちらし which means “scattered seafood, vegetables and ingredients on top of a bowl of rice”.
The sashimi is usually diced and marinated with soy sauce and mirin, compared to the Chirashi Don which has sashimi in the more unadulterated, sliced form. For those looking for a wholesome meal, there is also Yakisoba, Udon and Tempura sets with rice and sides to complete the meal.
