For compliance to PDPA, consent must be given for the release of selected personal information for all redemptions. All receipts will be scanned for internal audit purposes.
Members are required to be present in person and provide a valid mobile number for redemption at Customer Service Counter, L2 on the same day of purchase. Only one medical or dental's receipt will be accepted as a ﬁxed amount of $50 for redemption per member per day. KINEX's receipts obtained after 9pm can be redeemed on the following day only. Limited to 1 redemption per tier per member per day, regardless of total amount spent. Receipts can only be used once, for one redemption tier.
Separate receipts are required to qualify for other redemption tiers. Upon redemption, there will not be any refund or exchange allowed for items redeemed.
Members are required to meet the minimum spent with their UOB Cards and present the Physical or Electronic Card at Customer Service Counter during the redemption of $5 and/or $10 UOL E-Voucher. This promotion is available to UOB cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia as well as Citi-branded cards issued in Malaysia and Thailand subject to eligibility. The trademarks "Citi", "Citigroup", the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under licence by UOB Bank Malaysia and UOB Bank Thailand from Citigroup Inc and related group entities. Redemption of Gift with Purchase may be replaced with one of similar value. Redemption of Gifts with Purchase and $5 / $10 UOL E-Vouchers are on a while stocks last basis. For Carpark Rebate, members are to convert the 500 POPPoints into $2.50 Carpark Rebate on U-POPP Mobile App at least 15 minutes before exiting the carpark.
