Osomatsu, short for 'Osomatsu-sama deshita!', which means ‘it was no big deal of a meal”, is an expression commonly heard in restaurants when the host or hostess humbly responds to customers who give thanks or gratitude for the meal – this ‘pleased to serve’ spirit also befittingly encapsulates the team’s topmost value.
